Please note: We are exclusively delivering 1 & 2 kilogram family bags of granola at the moment, to ease admin, reduce strain on couriers and process a high volume of orders quickly. Orders are currently being sent with an express tracked courier, dispatched twice per week.Thank you very much for your patience and support us in this time. Please visit the bakery to purchase smaller quantities or weekly limited blends.

Bulk bags of granola are sealed and sent directly from the bakery in a protective plastic wallet. (Contents are secure and can be decanted into an airtight jar ).

We are happy to extend our opening hours from the usual Saturday morning, to every week day whilst the bakery operates production and admin work in the background. This has been decided to enable safe distances and minimise the Saturday queues as with many of the bakeries, curing rooms, food factories and warehouses in Spa Terminus. Please be aware that we are a bakery rather than a shop, and may be in production when you visit. We welcome your visit and will be happy to help when you arrive.

Meet the team




Shani can be found at the bakery shop every Saturday greeting our visitors and telling them about the new flavours in store. While she loves the Coconut & Hibiscus granola, her all-time favourite is still one of the classics, Chai Spice Mulberry. Shani has been keeping in touch on email and zoom whilst isolating in deepest darkest Surrey over the last few months. 


Chief baker and definitely the coolest member of the H&H team, Aymn can be found in the kitchen whipping up our famous granola, ANZAC biscuits and the occasional banana muffin. His favourite blend is the indulgent Chocolate & Bay Leaf, made with Guatemalan cacao nibs roasted by our neighbour. Aymn loves to discuss philosophy and parallel universes at 7.30am. 
Hedie founded Husk and Honey as a company specialising in premium, quality, freshly baked granola with a focus on sourcing the best quality ingredients. Today, She is still involved in the baking whilst running other aspects of the company and enjoys creating limited edition granola blends each week. Her favourite is still the classic Oat & Nut granola with a heap of Fen Farm Skyr and spoonful of Bramble jam.


Also found on the shop floor, every Saturday, Mabel helps our customers find the perfect blend. When she's not in the shop she's working on new product development. Her favourite flavour is the bespoke Matcha granola blend. She is also developing a new line of museli's for the summer. We recently discovered Mabel is an accomplished surfer, ballet dancer and BMX rider.


Stevie is the latest member to the Husk & Honey team! Don't be fooled by her pint size and penchant for opera; she knows her way around a ton of oats pallet truck and is probably wearing Blundstone's under the counter. Her favourite blend is the Black Tea & Orange granola, Wuyi Oolong milled to dust in-house, with little blue cornflowers, honey and flecks of bitter orange.


Self-professed 'little chef' after accidentally resembling, well, Little Chef, Christine is the master of all things digital under that cap. She has been chatting with you all on Instagram over the last couple of months and pushing to get more blends onto the online shop; Christine, AKA Brew, we salute you. Christine's favourite blend is the Sundried Tomato savoury blend, and Roast Banana & Almond.
